TENS Therapy
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) therapy involves the use of low-voltage electric currents to treat pain. A small device delivers the current at or near nerves. TENS therapy blocks or changes your perception of pain.
TENS helps reduce pain and muscle spasms caused by a wide range of conditions including: Arthritis, Period pains, Pelvic pain caused by endometriosis, Knee pain, Sports injuries, Back pain.

Our doctor may spend 30 min to 2 hours examining you. About your health history, stress levels, and lifestyle habits. We will do body screening.
Afterwards, we will advise you about your health plan. We will focus on education and prevention, we may give you diet, exercise, or stress management tips. We use Natural medicine, herbal medicine, and acupuncture
We also use touch, such as massage and pressure, to create balance in your body. This is called naturopathic manipulative therapy.
Physical Therapy
